If you are using something other than EVR (madVR or one of the VMR9 entries for example), then I'd suggest trying EVR.Click Ok to exit back to Zoom, close Zoom and restart it. If you are using EVR, I would suggest one of the VMR9 entries - Renderless doesn't really work that well (so I would not recommend it), Windowless normally works ok but has a bug if you are using Zoom 8.70 Beta 11 (so I would ignore it for the moment as well), so I'd select Windowed.Check what you have selected in the 'Video Renderer' field (if you haven't changed it, odds are it will be EVR) - and then change it to one of the other entries. Open Zoom, go into the options dialog and go Advanced Options->Playback->Video.

Having done step 2, if the problem is not fixed, then try changing your video renderer. Close Zoom Player, open it again and then try and reproduce the problem.ģ. Click the Auto-Configure button, acknowledge the pop-up (I think there is one for this, if not, don't worry about it), then click Ok to exit back to Zoom. Open Zoom, go into the options dialog and go Advanced Options->Playback->Smart Play. Having done step 1, if the problem is not fixed, at least all the components will be up to date.

Close Install Center, open Zoom and see if you can repeat the problem.Ģ. Ensure Zoom is not running, and assuming you are using the components from Install Center (if you have installed a codec pack, then I would uninstall it and use Install Center to install the components, and see if that fixes the problem), open Install Center, and ensure everything is installed and up to date. It's pretty much the only thing I can think of. This could be very difficult to track down - but I am wondering if one of the components that Zoom uses is at fault. Nt.dll is one of the main system files of Windows - as a main system file, it would be in use most of the time on a system if you are doing most anything.
